EnergyLink is an energy consulting firm. We broker electricity and natural gas contracts for multifamily facility owners and operators. We’ve been working with two Angels — Michele and Kathy. They each are working about 20 hours a week, providing data entry and billing support. They log into our network and prepare spreadsheets, perform analyses, and contact suppliers to research charges on bills. I trained both of them virtually and their productivity continues to increase. Previously, we attempted to get this support through various staffing agencies but the quality wasn’t there. Our industry is complex, and now, through Office Angels, we are getting the high quality and attention to detail that is required. The Angels have the flexibility to work on their own schedules. They submit their timesheets with itemized detail on work performed each day. We check the quality of their work and so far it has been excellent. We will definitely look to Office Angels for additional support as our needs grow.

Office Angels offers distinct business planning service packages–having written economic forecast reports for a living, we enjoy writing, number crunching, and sales forecasting.

The Office Angels Business Plan Development Process

With all three packages, we pick your brain and make sure we get all the pieces—the market research, competitive situation, product or service description, customer description, etc. This may require you to do some additional homework (or we can do it for you for an additional fee). We will also spend a good amount of time on your sales forecast and finances and bring some perspective if we think you are being too ambitious.

We usually have an initial one-hour, face-to-face meeting with you and then, if needed, hold a series of half-hour phone conversations to fill in the blanks. We do our best to deliver a rough draft within 14 days, assuming you provide all needed information in a timely fashion. Depending upon the number of rounds of edits needed, we can usually produce a final business plan within 30 days and provide you with two bound color copies. We require half payment up front and the other half when we deliver the final version.
