Our very busy consulting practice specializes in leadership training, executive team development, and coaching. We’ve been relying on Office Angels for many years. Currently two Angels are supporting us. Kerry is our point person for outreach on speaking opportunities and also manages ongoing contacts with prospects. Karla is helping us think through our digital marketing. She’s great at organizing information, proactively suggests ideas and solutions, and has a great sense of humor. We highly value the support we get from Office Angels. Essie Escobedo helps us articulate our needs and finds a great match, not just in terms of skill set but also work style. She is absolutely the best.

Business Planning Services

Office Angels offers the following three distinct business planning service packages. Having written economic forecast reports for a living, we enjoy writing, number crunching, and sales forecasting.

Show Me the Money Roadmap to My Biz I Can Handle the Truth
Who Needs This? A business seeking financing from investors or a bank. Ideally, all businesses A business that already has a roadmap and wants a professional critique of it.A business that bought Business Plan Pro and finds themselves stuck.
Why? Banks often see poorly conceived and written business plans that demonstrate no logic and propose unrealistic forecasts. Often business owners skip key pieces of research and make decisions by default without thinking everything through. A business roadmap should be revisited occasionally to see if you are still on track with your initial goals or if the business has evolved and is headed in a different direction.
Special Package Features We will analyze your existing business and provide recommendations for financial projections that will be clear and in a format the banks require. We can even accompany you to one bank meeting to serve as your interpreter/advisor.

The Office Angels Business Plan Development Process

With all three packages, we pick your brain and make sure we get all the pieces—the market research, competitive situation, product or service description, customer description, etc. This may require you to do some additional homework (or we can do it for you for an additional fee). We will also spend a good amount of time on your sales forecast and finances and bring some perspective if we think you are being too ambitious.

We usually have an initial one-hour, face-to-face meeting with you and then, if needed, hold a series of half-hour phone conversations to fill in the blanks. We do our best to deliver a rough draft within 14 days, assuming you provide all needed information in a timely fashion. Depending upon the number of rounds of edits needed, we can usually produce a final business plan within 30 days and provide you with two bound color copies. We require half payment up front and the other half when we deliver the final version.
